Why am I not getting a confirmation email after ordering?

Can I cancel my order?
If you have not made payment yet, you can contact us through email to cancel, no problem! Unfortunately, if you have already made payment, we most likely have already processed your order and cannot cancel your order.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our business, we don’t have a return mailing address and can’t accept any returns. Please email us and we’ll try our best to help you.

Is it safe to send an Interac E-transfer?
You can trust that your payment is safe with us! We are not fraudsters or scammers. We are a legitimate business. Through Interac E-transfer, your payment is safely and securely transferred through your bank. We can not and will never access any of your banking information.
Do you accept Western Union or Moneygram?
Due the nature of our business we cannot accept Western Union/MoneyGram transfers in Canada.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your turn around time for shipping?
Orders are shipped out daily at 12PM Noon PST. If you place your order and send payment before that time, your order will ship out the same day! If your place your order after, it will ship out at Noon (PST) the following day.
Where do you ship and where do you ship from?
We ship from and within Canada. No customs involved.
What carrier do you use to ship?
We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost on ALL orders.
Can my mail get seized?
Impossible. All mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs therefore domestic mail cannot be seized. Moreover by federal law domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE when your order is over $99! Otherwise, it is a flat $15 rate.
I gave the wrong address. What do I do?
Please double check your mailing address before ordering! If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us ASAP.
Unfortunately, after it is shipped there is nothing we can do. We will not be responsible mis-delivered packages if you provided us with a wrong or incomplete mailing address. If the package is sent back to sender it’s lost because we do not have a return address.
Do you provide tracking for delivery?
Yes. Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at canadapost.ca

How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed and we’ve received your e-Transfer, we will begin processing it.
Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, you order will be shipped out the following day around noon.
All packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities in Canada. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer. We know how important it is to get quick access to your gear. Your shipments are our top priority.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking info will be sent to your email immediately.
What if Canada Post loses my package?
If your package is lost in transit for whatever reason and does not show as delivered on the tracking status, we will certainly replace your order for you free of charge.
Statistically speaking a lost package is an extremely rare occurrence. Out of a 1000 packages only 1 or 2 will be lost.
However, if Canada Post tracking status shows “delivered” and you have not received it, you must address this issue with Canada Post. If they ask you what the contents of the package are please inform them that the contents are health and nutrition products.
Is signature required for delivery?
It is not unless you request it.
What will my package look like?
Packages at Buy Steroids Canada are very discreet. No one can tell what the contents of the package are when the package arrives. All contents are packaged into a sealed box with a shipping label that has no reference to our company or anabolic steroids to ensure ultimate privacy.
