Shipping Method and Costs
- We exclusively use Canada Post Xpresspost for all orders.
- Shipping is free for orders over 99 CAD. For other orders, a flat rate of 15 CAD applies.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
- Orders are shipped daily at 12 PM Noon PST.
- Orders placed and paid for before 12 PM PST ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship the next day at Noon PST.
- Delivery via Xpresspost typically takes 1-2 business days in Canada.
Tracking and Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your order at canadapost.ca.
Lost or Missing Packages
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit (not showing as delivered on tracking), we will replace your order free of charge.
- Delivered Status but Not Received: If the tracking status shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please contact Canada Post directly. In communications with Canada Post, refer to the package contents as health and nutrition products.
International Shipping
Right now, we don’t do any international shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
